Reservations
Reservations are required. (Please inform us of any special needs you might have at the time of your reservation.)

Nightly Rate Range
$110 - $145
All room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25 charge for an extra person in room. Taxes are not included in the room rate. We are subject to a 6% Pennsylvania sales tax and a 3% B&B tax. (All room rates are subject to change.)

Deposit
A 50% advanced deposit for the length of your stay is required when making a reservation. Payment for entire stay is expected upon arrival. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival for: holidays, graduations, special event weekends, and reservations of three or more rooms, stays of five or more nights.

Cancellation
Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation with less than 14 days notice, refunds will be given to the extent that we are able to rebook your room, less a 10% processing fee per room.

Check-In
3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or by special arrangement prior to arrival date. A $10 fee may be charged for reservations arriving outside of normal hours without notice.

11:00 AM

Children
Young adults, ages 12 and over, are welcome.

Pets
We can not accommodate pets but can refer you to nearby boarding kennels.

Handicap Access

Non-smoking
We are a non-smoking facility.

Ice Chests / Coolers
Ice Chests / Coolers will not be permitted in the facility.

Unreported Damage
Unreported damage or items missing from the room will be charged to your credit card.

Internet Access
Wireless internet service is available in all guest suites at no charge. Guests are responsible for their own hardware and setup to access this service.
